Employee Login Instructions for Online Employer
All employees will need to go to www.onlineemployer.com . When they go to create their login for the first time, they will need to go to “New to Employee Self Service?” and click on the “Click here to create your account” link. Employees will only need to do this one time when they first create their new login. Once they have created their username and password, they will log in using the normal login procedure.
After they have clicked on the “Click here to create your account” link, they will be prompted with a new screen that will allow them to establish their identity and create their login and password.
The format is as follows:
First Time User Name: Last Name and Last Four Digits of SSN
Access Code: 7008W255
The employee will need to go through a series of screens to select a personal image and answer several security questions. After approximately 90 days, the employee will be prompted to change their password for security purposes.
Employees should be sure to turn off their pop-up blockers prior to logging in. When they click on the check view, it’s a separate window that pops up.
