    • Per Diem: Day-to-day assignments enable you to work close to home and offer a flexible schedule.
    • Long Term Contract: Enjoy the benefits of a long-term assignment without the pressure of being a permanent employee.
    • Travel: These assignments range from 4 to 13 weeks and give you the freedom to travel and keep working.  Spend time near family in another part of the country or get to know a new city. 

Each Top Techs Temporaries employee must meet specific requirements: 

  • One year or more of clinical experience prior to application date. 
  • Complete a skills checklist and successfully pass written agency competency test.
  • A negative TB skin test or chest x-ray, proof of immunity for rubella, rubeola and varicella.
  • A valid State of Wisconsin  license for all licensed staff.
  • All nursing assistants must be listed in good standing on the State of Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
  • A criminal background check and drug screen are completed on all employees prior to placement.
  • Attend the agency’s annual in service training sessions covering such topics as blood borne pathogens, universal precautions and HIPAA regulations. 
  • Maintain a current CPR card.
